Grown in the rich waters around Saltspring Island, British Columbia, our West Coast mussels are plump, juicy and sweet. Our farm combines both Mytilus species (Mytilus galloprovincialis and Mytilu edulis) to create a unique hybrid variety of the highest quality and available year-round. Taking the best of both worlds, our mussels are well recognized around the world and even the #1 imported mussel in some countries.
